When you’ve securely paid you’ll receive an email confirming your order and your chosen delivery method (currently, Jason Shankey only offer Next Day delivery on all GHD straighteners). Then, when your order is dispatched you’ll receive another email. This email contains a reference number that you can use to track your delivery with Royal Mail.

Sit back and wait for your order to arrive. The delivery process is quick! Your order is packaged inside a cardboard box that has the Jason Shankey logo printed on it. Your straighteners are actually inside another box, a glossy, official GHD presentation box. You can use this box to store your GHD’s after each use (always remembering to wrap them in a thermo mat or wait for them to cool first).

GHD straighteners now have an Urban Angel hologram on the inside of one of the tongs and a unique registration code is printed underneath the hologram. You can use this code to register your GHDs online. The hologram is just one of the ways that you can be assured that you have a genuine GHD product.
